  • Upgrade Citrix environment from version 23.XX (current version to be confirmed) to v25.07 , ensuring compatibility and minimal disruption to existing services.
  • Build a parallel test environment to validate functionality, performance, and security before production deployment.
  • Implement advanced security features , including:
  • Application Protection
  • Endpoint Analysis (EPA)
  • Device Trust configuration for secure access.
  • Build 2022 Image for Citrix Workers
  • Design
  • Build
  • Test
  • Modernization
  • Advise on possible migration to MCS
  • Advise on non-persistent desktops
