Citrix Administrator
Role Summary:
We are looking for a Citrix Administrator to support and manage the Citrix VDI/DaaS environment on Citrix Cloud and AWS. The role involves day-to-day support, incident management, change implementation, and application packaging.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain Citrix VDI environment.
Handle incidents, service requests, problems, and vulnerability fixes.
Implement approved changes.
Manage Windows images, updates, and Group Policies.
Package and maintain applications using Citrix App Layering.
Work with teams in an Agile environment to improve platform stability and performance.
Must Have Skills:
Experience with Citrix VDI/DaaS or Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops.
Good knowledge of Windows OS, image management, and Group Policy.
Experience with Citrix Cloud and/or AWS.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in Agile teams.
