Virtual Desktop Operations is a function within End Client Workplace and Collaboration and is accountable for the Virtual Desktop Estate across RBB, USCB and CIBWM globally. The vision of the team is to provide a world class Virtual Desktop Service, delivering a cost effective, consistent, compliant and agile platform focused on improving the customer experience, through innovation, continual service improvement and relentless simplification.

The core service provided is the delivery of a reliable virtual & physical user access device, with a secure operating system and base ‘build’ that enables peripheral devices to operate, provides standard MS Office software, remote access software, browser capability, and a reliable platform for line of business appli...
