Notice Period:- Immediate Joiners
Shift timings and working days :- Rotational Shifts / 24*7 Support , 9 Hrs ,6 days (Alternate Week 5days)
Communication:- Good comm skills
Interview – Virtual and (2rounds of Technical)
Budget for the position – 8 LPA Max

JD:
Overall 5 years + in IT Infrastructure experience with minimum 4 years in Citrix Desktop Virtualization & VMWare/Azure (Microsoft)
Proficient in Desktop & Server Virtualization.
Xen Desktop, Xen App Xen Server implementation and configuration
Basic understanding on storage and connectivity fundamentals.
Work on Desktop & Server Virtualization along with L2 & SMEs.
Work on major incidents and provide permanent fix of it.
Document RCAs of major incidents.
Prepare POA and implement major changes in infra.
Work on incident / issues escalated and provide permanent fix.
Work on creating LUN, shared storage and mapped to Hypervisor.
Work along with OEM during major incidents and share relevant logs, implement solutions provided by OEM.
ITIL Aware (specially around Incident /Problem /Change Management).
Manage SLA and Availability of Services.
