Role Overview:
The Citrix Lead Engineer will be responsible for Citrix architecture, platform operations, continuous improvement initiatives, and advanced engineering support. This role will lead the Citrix function and work closely with leadership, internal IT teams, and business stakeholders.

Experience:
8–10+ years of enterprise Citrix experience
3–5+ years in a senior or team lead role
Core Responsibilities:
Lead and support Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops / DaaS platforms
Architecture, design, implementation, and enterprise-scale operations
NetScaler / Citrix ADC (Gateway, Load Balancing, GSLB, HA, DR)
Advanced troubleshooting, RCA, and escalation-level support
Platform monitoring, capacity planning, and performance baselines
Documentation, diagrams, runbooks, and service desk materials
Mentoring and coaching team members
