The City Carrier Assistant (CCA) is a non-career position with the United States Postal Service. CCAs are responsible for delivering and collecting mail, as well as providing a wide range of customer services in their assigned geographic area. This role requires a strong commitment to service and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
