Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead Generation & Market Penetration
- Drive B2B partnerships to scale lead generation through the broker channel.
- Ensure early identification of upcoming possession properties (minimum 4 months visibility) to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Improve city-level market penetration and consistently achieve or exceed defined targets.
- Monitor and optimize Cost of Acquisition (CoA) for broker-sourced leads
2. BD Team Leadership & Performance
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing Business Development (BD) team.
- Drive productivity through structured onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching.
- Set clear performance metrics and accountability frameworks for BDs.
- Reduce attrition by building strong engagement, career progression paths, and performance recognition.
3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Broker-sourced lead volume and quality
- City-level market penetration
- Visibility of upcoming possession properties
- Cost of acquisition through broker channel
- BD team productivity and retention
- Conversion rate from broker leads to confirmed projects Expertise & Qualifications Mandatory
- MBA
- 6–8 years of on-ground business development experience
- Proven experience in launching and scaling new business or territories (0–1 / 0–10 growth)
- Strong B2B partnership and channel management capability
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Self-driven, execution-focused, and results-oriented Preferred
- Background in FMCG, Consumer Durables, or Channel Sales
- Exposure to real estate, brokerage, or property data sourcing
- Experience working with large field teams in high-growth environments
