Key Responsibilities;
✔ Drive city-level Channel Sales & ECV targets
✔ Build, scale, and retain a high-performing Broker/CP network
✔ Lead daily CP engagements to ensure consistent lead generation
✔ Manage CP payouts and strengthen long-term partnerships
✔ Uphold brand integrity and operational excellence
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Graduate/Postgraduate with 8+ years in Real Estate & Channel Sales
✅ Strong Broker/CP network in Gurgaon and/or Bangalore
✅ Proven leadership and team management skills
✅ Strategic, result-oriented mindset
✅ Fluency in regional languages
