Job Description:

EasyFix is hiring a proactive and driven Zonal Head to manage operations in Bangalore. The role involves leading service delivery, supervising technician teams, resolving client issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the zone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and service delivery across Bangalore.
  • Lead and manage on-ground technician teams.
  • Resolve client escalations and maintain service quality.
  • Travel extensively for field supervision and vendor coordination.
  • Track KPIs and generate zonal performance reports.

Requirements:

  • 15 years of experience in field/zonal operations.
  • Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus.
  • Graduate (MBA preferred).
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
