City Operations Lead

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Area Manager to take complete ownership of end-to-end operations for Bangalore and play a critical role in scaling Freedo into the largest two-wheeler rental platform. This is a high-impact leadership role for professionals who enjoy building and running city operations from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead end-to-end Bangalore operations, covering growth, execution, and performance
• Study local market dynamics and area-wise demand to plan city operations
• Drive and grow city revenues with complete ownership of P&L
• Ensure an excellent customer experience with a 360-degree operational view—from customer care to field executive safety
• Manage administrative functions and continuously improve operational processes and reporting systems
• Hire, train, and manage the Bangalore team;
