Civil and Structural Practice Lead

Federal Buildings and Infrastructure team is looking for a leader to grow our Honolulu Civil and Structural Engineering practice and candidates may be from either of these building engineering disciplines. The Leader needs to be knowledgeable of engineering design and delivery practices and proactive in developing and driving implementation of innovative solutions for projects. This position reports to the Honolulu Federal Operations Leader and has leadership and supervisory responsibilities for the Federal Engineering team in Hawaii.

Group Management Responsibilities:
* Promotes BeyondZero and safety programs to create an incident- and injury-free culture.
* Responsible for project assignments, day to day management of assigned staff; holds staff accountable for delivery.
* Balance utilization across GCS levels to ensure staffing profitability.
