Construction Civil Engineer plans, designs, and manages infrastructure projects like buildings, bridges, and roads from conception to completion. Key duties include conducting site investigations, creating blueprints with CAD software, managing budgets and schedules, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supervising on-site construction activities. 
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Planning & Design: Develop detailed blueprints, structural designs, and technical specifications using CAD tools.
Site Management: Conduct site investigations, surveys, and soil tests to determine project feasibility.
Project Oversight: Manage subcontractors, workers, and resources to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and building codes.
Budgeting & Cost Estimation: Calculate labor, material, and equipment costs to create, monitor, and maintain project budgets.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare reports, permits, and documentation regarding project status, compliance, and design changes.
Problem Solving: Resolve design discrepancies, unforeseen site issues, and technical conflicts. 
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD), structural modeling, and project management tools.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
