Key Responsibilities
Site Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with construction plans, specifications, and safety codes.
Personnel Supervision: Direct and train on-site workers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure maximum efficiency.
Scheduling & Planning: Develop work schedules, determine resource needs (materials and equipment), and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
