About the Role

Premise is seeking a Civil Designer with land development experience to join our Perth office. Located centrally in Balcatta and close to great local cafés and lunch spots, you’ll enjoy our modern open‑plan workspace, supportive team culture and a well‑stocked kitchen. You’ll work on a range of projects with the primary focus on residential subdivisions and civil infrastructure. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills under the guidance of a Senior Civil Designer , while also working closely with cadet designers.

About You

• 5+ years’ experience in civil design, ideally with land development including roads, stormwater, and earthworks.
• Proficient in 12d Model and AutoCAD.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
