Join a respected design engineering consultancy with established offices in both Perth and the Margaret River region. With a strong pipeline of Land Development projects, they are seeking an experienced Civil 12D Designer who is passionate about high-quality design and delivering outstanding project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce civil design and documentation using 12D and AutoCAD
• Deliver high-quality designs for land subdivisions, earthworks, roads, drainage, and associated civil infrastructure
• Coordinate with engineers and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
• Assist in refining design standards and contribute to best-practice workflows
• Support junior drafters/designers where required

About You

• Proven experience as a Civil Designer with strong proficiency in 12D
• Background in Land Development , subdivisional works, or civil infrastructure
• Solid understanding of relevant Australian standards and local authority requirements
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a close-knit team
• Motivated, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple project deadlines
