Responsibilities
- Produce plans, 3D models and 2D drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D, Microstation, or InRoads.
- Generate existing surfaces/sub-surfaces with survey data, site grading, drainage system and earthwork models using Civil 3D / InRoads / OpenRoads to perform civil design and take‑off quantity calculations.
- Develop underground services/utility plans.
- Review rough sketches, drawings, specifications, and other engineering data received from civil engineers to ensure compliance with design concepts.
- Implement alignments, profiles, and x‐sections of sites/roads.
- Prepare engineering drawings.
- Other duties as applicable.
Qualifications
- College certification or BS (preferred but not required) in Civil Engineering.
