Civil Engineer

- lead the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and client requirements.- prepare detailed project schedules, resource plans, cost estimates, and technical proposals.- coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, mep engineers, contractors, and vendors.- review, verify, and approve structural designs, engineering drawings, and specifications in compliance with standards and statutory regulations.- provide technical guidance on complex engineering challenges and ensure design optimization for safety, quality, and cost efficiency.- conduct structural analysis and feasibility studies for proposed project layouts and modifications.- monitor on-site construction activities to ensure strict adherence to approved designs, quality benchmarks, and safety procedures.- resolve technical issues on site and provide supervision to junior engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.- conduct periodic site inspections, progress assessments, and quality audits.- ensure all civil engineering works comply with local building codes, industry standards, and company policies.- develop and implement quality control procedures and safety protocols.- liaise with clients, consultants, government authorities, and project stakeholders to facilitate approvals, inspections, and timely decision-making.- participate in progress meetings, prepare technical reports, and present project updates to management and clients.- monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure efficient utilization of resources.- identify potential cost overruns and recommend corrective actions.- assist in tender evaluation, contract finalization, and vendor selection.- identify construction-related risks and propose mitigation strategies.- provide immediate solutions to design discrepancies, site constraints, or execution challenges.- ensure projects are delivered within time, quality, and cost parameters.- lead and mentor junior engineers, draftsmen, and site staff to support technical development and efficient workflow.- conduct training sessions and ensure adherence to best engineering practices within the team.
