Civil Engineer

Job Summary

This role is for a Civil Engineer in our Perth office. You will design, plan, organise and oversee the design and documentation of civil engineering projects and attend site for inspections as required.

Key Tasks

Providing high-quality technical for a broad range of projects including residential, commercial, and industrial developments.

• Be able to undertake site classification inspections and reports.
• Designing structural elements for residential and commercial jobs.
• Coordinate jobs including workers, material and equipment.
• Interpret plans and formulate detailed cost plan.
• Supervising all changes to designs.
• Analysing static structures.
• Design structures in accordance with the latest Australian Standards.
• Applied knowledge of detailing a variety of building materials and products including steel, concrete, timber, and masonry is essential.

About you

• To be successful in this role you will have: 6 plus years of experience
• University qualification in Civil Engineering acknowledged by Engineers Australia
• Strong communication and liaison abilities to engage with internal and external stakeholders and work with diverse groups of people
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently within a busy client focused team.
