We are looking for a mid-level Civil Engineer to join our team in a professional capacity. This role is focused on Engineering Quality Assurance (QA), site coordination, and technical estimation.

Position Overview

SteelPro Framing Specialist is seeking a Civil Engineer (Engineered Framing Systems) to join its team on a full-time basis. The role involves engineering quality assurance, site coordination, and technical estimation to support the delivery of compliant engineered steel framing systems.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Implement and manage engineering quality assurance (QA) processes to ensure compliance with the National Construction Code (NCC) and relevant Australian Standards, including AS/NZS 4600 and AS 4100
• Conduct site inspections and measurements to verify dimensions, tolerances, and ergoitors with civil works, slabs, and footings
• Prepare, review, and maintain engineering documentationuję Q'intérêt records, certifications, and technical sign-offs
• Coordinate with production teams, site personnel, and project stakeholders to ensure engineering specifications are met
• Perform material take-offs, structural assessments, and cost estimations for tenders and quotations
• Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle to ensure accuracy and compliance

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree inाणी Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in a similar engineering role.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience using the Enduro scooter Steel Framing System.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical plans.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Construction White Card (mandbow).
• A proactive, safety-focused approach to site-based work and compliance.
