Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer – Execution

Experience: 5 to 10 years

Qualification: B.E. in Civil Engineering (mandatory)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented Senior Civil Engineer to oversee the execution and implementation of civil construction projects on site. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, proven site management skills, and a hands-on approach to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site execution activities in accordance with drawings, specifications, and timelines.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, contractors, and labor teams for seamless execution.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and legal requirements at all times.
• Monitor and manage labor, material, and equipment resources to maintain efficiency and cost control.
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, measurement sheets, and site documentation.
• Resolve on-site technical issues, unexpected delays, and interface challenges.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to structural and finishing details.
• Participate in client/site meetings and provide accurate project updates.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers and site supervisors.

Key Requirements:

• B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• 5 to 10 years of proven experience in civil project execution (preferably residential, commercial, or infrastructure).
• Excellent understanding of structural drawings, site measurements, and project execution workflows.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and standards.
• Hands-on experience with site planning, resource management, and vendor coordination.
• Familiar with project management tools and MS Office/AutoCAD.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel or be posted at project sites as required.
