Civil Engineer [for private construction projects]

PIPECARE Group is currently looking for Civil Engineer [for the private construction projects] to join our office in Dubai, UAE.
A Civil Engineer is responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures in private sector projects. He/she must ensure that all projects meet technical standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities & Authorities
1. Planning & Design

Prepare detailed engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.

Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and technical evaluations.

Use engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD, etc.) for design and modeling.

Develop cost estimates, project timelines, and resource plans.

2. Project Management

Oversee and coordinate construction activities on-site.

Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and schedule.
