Civil Engineer - (High-Rise Residential Construction)

Location:- RIL Jamnagar, Gujarat

Qualification:- BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience:- Minimum 5 to 7 yrs (must include high-rise residential building projects G + 10 or more at least 2 yrs )

Exposure to Modular Aluminum Shuttering /Mivan

Job Duration:- 1 2 Years (extendable)

Shift Hours:- 12 Hours per day (Monday to Saturday)

- Supervise and execute all civil and finishing works for high-rise construction projects at RIL Jamnagar.

- Hands-on experience in Mivan / Alu formwork systems for RCC and structural works.

- Ensure timely execution of RCC, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, and finishing works as per drawings.

- Manage and monitor contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams.

- Check and verify drawings, bar bending schedules, and material requirements.

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and MEP teams for smooth workflow.

- Ensure strict compliance with quality standards, IS codes, and safety protocols.

- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for project management.

- Proven experience in high-rise residential building construction.

- Strong knowledge of Mivan / Alu formwork systems.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/, and MS Excel. - Strong leadership and communication skills for site management.

- Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Understanding of quality control and safety practices in high-rise projects.
