- Shortlist and recommend the right professionals based on requirement, budget, location, and timeline
- Coordinate intro calls, site visits, and follow-ups between homeowners and professionals
- Track each case: Connected → Site Visit → Quotation Submitted → Converted/Lost and update status regularly
