Job Title: Civil Engineer – Land Development

We are seeking a Civil Engineer specializing in Land Development to join our team. This role requires expertise in industrial and commercial land development projects, encompassing everything from initial concept to final approval and construction. The ideal candidate should possess strong design skills and the ability to manage projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and advance permitting and approval processes.

Responsibilities





+ Develop and issue engineering drawings, design documentation, and technical reports for industrial and commercial land development projects.



+ Perform engineering calculations related to site grading, drainage, stormwater management, water quality design, domestic water distribution systems, and sanitary sewer and other underground utilities.
