Key Responsibilities Design & Planning: Analyze survey reports, maps, and site data; use design software (CAD) to create detailed plans for structures, transportation, and water systems. Project Management: Estimate costs, manage budgets, schedule resources, and oversee construction progress. Site Supervision: Conduct site investigations, monitor construction, and ensure quality and safety standards are met. Compliance & Risk: Assess environmental impact, analyze risks, and ensure projects meet local, state, and federal regulations. Collaboration: Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and other professionals. Core Skills & Qualifications Strong problem-solving, math, and analytical skills. Proficiency with design software. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Understanding of building materials, soil mechanics, and environmental factors.
