In this role, you will:

• Interpret roofer inputs and remote site data (Nearmap, Six Maps, Google Street View) to produce approval-ready scopes and quotes
• Write clear maintenance summaries, root cause explanations, risk statements, and repair recommendations
• Prepare accurate quotes using standard pricing models and estimating guidelines
• Create professional client-facing quote and invoice narratives
• Maintain records in ServiceM8 and escale only complex or high-risk cases
