• Design and planning: Lead the civil and structural design for utility‑scale solar PV plants, focusing on site grading, drainage, foundations, and access roads. Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities (BOQs).
• Site assessment and feasibility: Conduct site assessments, topographic evaluations, and feasibility studies. Coordinate geotechnical investigations and soil analysis to inform foundation design.
