Job Description

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage but not required.
• Have a technical experience of at least 5 years (proven record in leading project and managing a team of building / site / construction) and property management and process.
• Have good communication skills and strict with high compliance quotient and good team player.
• Be willing to work in any locations and adjustable time if needed on rush projects.
• Can create maintenance procedure and has problem solving skills.
• Willing to go to seminars and trainings if needed.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building.
• Monitors the functions of service contractors and building repair and maintenance contractors.
• Administrates preventive / reactive maintenance schedule.
