Overview

Phasor Engineering is currently seeking a Civil Engineer to join our Civil Engineering Group, located at our Calgary, Alberta office or Burnaby, BC office. Reporting to the Civil Engineering Manager, this position will be responsible for leading and executing the structural design engineering efforts with the following duties and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost‑effective structural foundation designs from conceptual design through to detail design, tender and construction by local codes and standards
• Lead and mentor designers/drafters and less experienced engineers
• Perform site visits, inspections, and preparation of reports relating to existing and new structures

Qualifications

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Structural Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a structural engineer
