• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Geodetic Engineering .
• Licensed Civil or Geodetic Engineer (preferred or as required by local regulations).
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in site development, land development, or infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in engineering and survey software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, Total Station, GNSS , or related tools.
• Strong understanding of grading design, drainage systems, roadworks , and local construction standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in both field and office environments.
