We are seeking a talented Civil Engineer with a focus on land development for our Private Sector Division. This role is based out of our Silver Spring, MD office, with opportunities to work on commercial and private sector projects. We are looking for someone with experience in Montgomery County and PG County, with a strong background in land development, roads, grades of land, and proficiency in AutoCAD (LDD preferred).
Responsibilities
+ Design and develop land for commercial and private sector projects.
+ Perform specific engineering tasks related to pond retrofits, including modifications of riser pipes, valves, weirs, and control structures.
+ Develop stormwater management designs with environmentally sensitive design for roadway corridors.
+ Conduct culvert analysis and design, stream restoration, and hydraulic modeling.
