Multi-statedesign firm is seeking a Senior Civil
Engineer – Site Design for their team in Des Moines, Iowa! 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as lead engineer on complex projects
  • Provide high-level technical engineering design as needed
  • Elevate the team’s technical expertise by mentoring/training the team
  • Put together technical resources for the team and its projects
  • Supervise staff (professionals and technical staff)
  • Review contract with administration support
  • Maintain quality control and check plans adequately

    • Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
  • 6+ years of related experience in Civil
    Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience supervising technical personnel
  • PE License
  • Proficient in site layout, grading, utility
    design, erosion control, regulatory approvals
  • Experience using Civil 3D
