**Required Qualifications:**

- Proven proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering preferred
- 2 to 6 years of civil design experience.
- Strong skills in site layout, grading, drainage, and utility design.
- certification is a major plus
- Solid understanding of jurisdictional codes and design standards.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Bluebeam, Smartsheet, PONDS, and HydraFlow.
- Exceptional organizational and communication capabilities.
