Civil Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in West Des Moines. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering principles and possess excellent problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and supervise construction projects in accordance with engineering principles and company standards
  • Evaluate project site and provide recommendations for improvements
  • Prepare and present project proposals, budgets, and timelines
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders including architects, contractors, and government agencies
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards
