For a company based in the Bern region active in the field of railway and civil engineering, we are looking for the French-speaking part of Switzerland: Foreman Railway / Civil Engineering (m/f/d)DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION:Management of railway civil engineering works (drainage, cable ducts, masts, renewal of train stations) Management of human resources and coordination with teams of 5 to 15+ people Ensuring quality, cleanliness of the site, safety rules, and readiness for night and weekend work PROFILE:Experience in construction, ideally with a Foreman Certificate. Minimum 5 years of experience in railway civil engineering, stress resistance, and availability for night shifts and irregular hours. Leadership skills, flexibility, and good interpersonal skills (open-mindedness).
