About the Role
Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates for Turnkey/EPC/PPP projects, including civil, structural, and finishing works.
Calculation of quantities based on drawings received, Estimation (Excel/ Software & Manually Basis) & provision making.
Analyse structural drawings to extract quantities and prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
Develop and review Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) in coordination with seniors and site teams.
Evaluate vendor quotations and assist in cost comparison and negotiations.
Liaise with procurement to collect vendor/supplier quotations for costing inputs.
Prepare and evaluate cost comparison sheets, cost-benefit analyses.
Coordinate with project managers, procurement teams to ensure alignment of estimates with project goals.
Monitor project budgets and update cost forecasts based on design or scope changes.
Conduct rate analysis for civil, finishing, and MEP works based on current market rates.
Track and update construction cost databases with recent rates and inflation-adjusted pricing.
Collaborate with the design, execution, and finance teams to align costs with project budgets.
Maintain a database of cost elements and historical data for future reference.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to manage potential cost variances.

3. Expertise in Bar Bending Scheduling & Revit software also
Qualifications
B. E. in Civil Engineering with around 3-4 years of experience in estimation for high-rise
EPC projects.
