Due to continued growth and expansion, they are excited to wee aboard an experienced Civil Estimator.Your new Role Your day-to-day will be the following: read, understand, and interpret drawings and specifications; understand and tailor estimates and proposal response documents for unit rate and lump sum contracts; Participate in pursuits relating to stipulated price (bid-build), design-build and construction/project management project deliveries; Participate in and contribute to constructability, staging and schedule reviews; Assist in the assembly of accurate and well-organized cost estimates;plete detailed quantity takeoffs from provided documents; Identify areas of risk and information gaps and seek direction from senior d...
