Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail‑driven team member to support both estimating and engineering functions across civil construction projects. In this role, you will assist with quantity take‑offs, cost estimating, technical coordination, and general project support. You’ll work closely with project engineers, consultants, and site teams to help deliver high‑quality, well‑coordinated project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Complete detailed quantity take‑offs for civil construction projects, with some commercial components.
- Interpret and analyse drawings, plans, specifications, and project documentation to determine scope and materials.
- Identify relevant specs, standards, and requirements across each project.
- Assist with drafting and issuing RFUs to consultants, clients, and subcontractors to clarify design and scope items.
- Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender submissions.
