Job Description
- Supervise and monitor all civil construction activities including excavation, formwork, reinforcement, concreting, brickwork, plastering, masonry, and finishing works.
- Read and interpret civil drawings, layout plans, and work specifications to ensure proper execution on site.
- Allocate work to skilled and unskilled laborers, and monitor their performance to ensure productivity and quality.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Safety Officers, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Maintain daily work progress reports, manpower records, and report site issues or delays to the project manager.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and construction schedules.
- Oversee usage and handling of construction tools, equipment, and materials on site.
