Civil Forman

Black & McDonald’s Moncton office is looking for a full-time hands‑on leader with a passion for civil work that can work on a wide variety of projects from excavation to concrete forming projects. You would be working with a team of experienced workers in a safe working environment in Moncton and the various locations throughout New Brunswick. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Leading and mentoring a hardworking crew, ensuring every project runs smoothly
• Civil work including grading, excavation, conduit installation, compaction

• Building and setting up concrete forms to precise specifications
• Pouring and finishing concrete – forming and finishing skills are a must
• Operating equipment such as small excavators, tampers, cut‑off saws, and skid steers
• Collaborating with Project Managers and other teams to get the job done right
