Civil & Infra Engineer

A purpose driven role for you

• To maintain/upgrade the existing infrastructure and to develop upcoming facilities within scheduled timeline, Budget and Quality.
• Managing the ARC Civil Service providers on site to deliver the repair / improvement works on time with Safety.

A Day in the life

~Execution of new development in civil projects like expansion of existing facility or new facility.
Manage contract/tender process
Defining scope of work with applied term & condition.
~Execution/Maintaining of high end interiors in office & LAB area.
MIS : Preparing progress % calculation system, progress measures, tracking & maintain scope changes, change management approvals etc.
~Execution and Maintaining of Labs / Buildings/OHC/Utility areas as per spec
~Execution of civil repairing maintenance works like water proofing, dewatering in monsoon time, Shutdown related works, etc…
Assist in Tendering process, tender evaluations, pre-bid & post bid meetings, issuing of LOI etc
~Anticipating and providing corrective measures to prevent unplanned shutdown.

Academic Qualification & Experience

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engg

Technical Skills/Knowledge

Civil Engg. background with industrial Maintenance works, Office interior execution knowledge added advantage
Quality system to identify the construction materials
BOQ & Bill preparation skills

Behavioural Skills
