This position is ideal for an attorney with a strong civil litigation background, excellent research and writing skills, and a comprehensive understanding of the litigation process.

Key Responsibilities

• Defend clients on a wide range of civil litigation matters
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop effective case strategies
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and settlement agreements
• Advise clients on legal issues and guide them through all stages of the litigation process
