**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Over 6 years of experience in site development
- Proficiency in Site, Highway, Drainage, and Utility Design
- Knowledge of water/wastewater systems is a plus
- Experience leading board and client meetings for small- to moderate-sized projects preferred
- Familiarity with land use and municipal approvals
- Expertise in preparing Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3-D software
- Strong communication and technical writing skills
- Experience with project submissions and related documentation
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
