Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Civil Project Engineer to join our team! 

This individual can be located in Phoenix or Mesa Arizona.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee civil engineering projects related to land development (residential, commercial), transportation, and drainage.
• Supervise and mentor engineers-in-training and technical staff.
• Assist in project scope definition, complexity assessment, and scheduling.
• Ensure project deliverables by maintaining compliance with all standards, regulations, and timelines.
• Support employee development, conduct performance evaluations, and contribute to team building.
• Serve as a technical lead and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

• Active Arizona Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
