Civil Project Manager (PE preferred)

We’re partnering with a full-service Architecture and Engineering firm in the greater Atlanta area seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to join their team. This individual will step into a key role, replacing a recently departed team member and leading civil/site projects from concept through construction.


The firm offers a collaborative environment with in-house civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and interiors expertise.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage civil/site projects from initial planning through construction completion




  • Lead site design efforts including grading, utilities, erosion control, and stormwater systems




  • Perform and oversee hydrology and hydraulic modeling for stormwater management




  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and permitting agencies




  • Coordinate with architects, surveyors, and internal disciplines




  • Oversee schedules, budgets, and project deliverables




  • Support construction administration and respond to field issues as needed




  • Mentor junior engineers and support team development


    • Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering




  • 10+ years of civil/site design and project management experience




  • PE license preferred (or ability to obtain if not already licensed)




  • Strong experience with permitting and regulatory agencies




  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D




  • Experience with hydrology/hydraulic modeling software strongly preferred




  • Proven ability to manage projects independently and lead teams
