Who Should Apply
• Civil Engineers with experience in QA/QC or Quantity Surveying
• Strong working knowledge of ITPs, MIRs, NCRs, BOQs, Billing, BBS & Measurements
• Ability to explain real project workflows and challenges
• Teaching experience is not mandatory
