Job Description

A Site Engineer is responsible for the technical, organizational, and supervisory aspects of residential construction projects. They ensure work is carried out safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily site operations, including labor, materials, and equipment.Interpret architectural and structural drawings for site execution.Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors.Monitor and ensure quality control and compliance with building codes.Maintain site documentation like daily reports, measurements, and progress logs.Resolve technical issues and escalate major concerns to the Project Manager.Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.Track work progress against project timelines and budgets.
