Civil Site Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Civil Site Engineer with 5-8 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee construction projects from conception to completion.
• Ensure that all construction work is carried out in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to ensure quality and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates and budget forecasts.
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may arise during construction.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in civil engineering, particularly in site management.
• 3-6 years of experience in constructions activities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and environmental regulations in construction.
