About the Role:

Our client in Yatala Queensland is seeking Civil Site Supervisor!

• Experience as a hands-on Civil Foreman or Leading Hand, with proven ability to successfully deliver projects with small crews (2–4 people).
• You must be able to demonstrate experience delivering bulk cut and fill earthworks and bio-retention basins or similar WSUD/stormwater infrastructure.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Certificate IV in Civil Construction Supervision or equivalent trade background).
• Current and valid tickets for multiple plant items (essential: excavator, roller, moxy, skidsteer etc additional tickets highly regarded).
• Current White Card and strong safety record on Queensland sites.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Day to day running of a site in Yatala and a small crew (2-4) Labour & Operator
• Bulk Earth works including cut & Fill as well with installation of bio-retention basins
• Lead planning and executing majority of work.
• Must be self sufficient professional who can operate machinery
• High standard of safety, complete construction Phases inside pre-set time frames
• Read and interoperate construction drawings
