Responsibilities:

• Assist the PM/CM in overseeing the construction activities and progress, planning, implementation, and monitoring work schedules in accordance with the detailed work program.
• Coordinate the review of drawings, submission of proposal, query and design for consultant approval.
• Perform site planning, coordination & inspection relating to the construction project so as to ensure that project completion timeline, requirements and budget are met.
• Maintain the proper documentation of inspection forms and other follow-up inspections from RE.
• Update the progress of structural works in the Progress Reports.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering (recognized by PE Board of Singapore)
• Minimum 3 years experience in local building construction industry
